Richard Jorden, circa 1780 A Gentleman in profile to the right wearing coat and frilled shirt cut-out on card, pearwood frame with crenellated gilded border oval, 4 1/8 inches high Jorden's work as a silhouettist working on glass is well recorded but his work as a cutter of silhouettes has only recently come to light.
